Mike Lee

Chief Financial Officer & Head of Business Transformation

Mike Lee serves as Chief Financial Officer & Head of Business Transformation, leading our finance, IT and procurement functions.

Mike previously served as Chief Financial Officer for Canopy Growth Corporation, a leader in the Canadian cannabis market. Prior to that, he held several senior leadership roles with leading global beverage companies including Constellation Brands, PepsiCo, and E. & J. Gallo Winery. Mike holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from California State University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Michigan, graduating with honors from both universities. He is also a Certified Public Accountant in the state of California, and a CFA charterholder.
