Amy Prosenjak

President, Oregon

Amy Prosenjak is President of Ste. Michelle Wine Estates’ Oregon brands – A to Z Wineworks, Erath, and REX HILL – located in Newberg, Oregon. A small-town gal from Youngstown, Amy graduated from Ohio Wesleyan University. She garnered financial and leadership experience in Columbus at The Limited Inc. and Value City Furniture, while holding multiple positions over the years.

In 2007, Amy and her husband, Steve, moved West for an opportunity with the small but fast-growing A to Z Wineworks brand based in Oregon. She was instrumental in expanding the winemaking campus and facilitating the growth from an 80,000-case winery to Oregon’s largest brand now producing 450,000 cases annually. Amy navigated A to Z Wineworks’ ownership transition from its founders to Ste. Michelle Wine Estates in 2022, and now serves on the executive leadership team for the 5M case Pacific Northwest wine company. She integrated the three Oregon brands that account for approximately 1 out of every 4 bottles of Oregon wine sold, while maintaining the commerce with conscious culture as a certified B Corporation focused on sustainability for the environment and the business.

Named a Woman of Influence in Portland in 2023, Amy is an active member of the community and works with a number of organizations focused on education, outreach, and cultural diversity. Amy currently serves on the boards for Oregon Business & Industry, Oregon Business Council, Literary Arts, Young President’s Organization Oregon Gold Chapter, and Virginia Garcia Memorial Health Center Holdings Board.
