Sharing Joy, Sharing Meals: Columbia Crest Donates $100,000 to Food Banks across the Country

Paterson, Wash.

Earlier this month, Columbia Crest launched its Sharing Joy, Sharing Meals campaign at retail stores nationwide. This is the third year the winery will donate up to $100,000 to food banks across the country (approximately 2,400,000 meals served)!

To promote the campaign, Columbia Crest has partnered with the Beef Check Off® and Boursin® Cheese to create a special holiday recipe. The Beef Tenderloin with Wine-Braised Onions and Herb Cheese is the perfect meal for holiday festivities and pairs beautifully with Columbia Crest Grand Estates red wines.

Sharing Joy, Sharing Meals runs through December 31, 2013.

About Columbia Crest
Founded in 1983, Columbia Crest has grown from a small winery in a relatively unknown wine region to one of the most significant wineries in the U.S. and a major force behind Washington state’s emergence as a world class wine region. In 2009, Wine Spectator magazine named the Columbia Crest 2005 Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon the No. 1 Wine in the World on its Top 100 list, the first time a wine from Washington state has received the ranking. More information about the winery can be found at columbia-crest.com.
