Ste. Michelle Wine Estates is honored to receive six wines in Wine Spectator’s 100 Top Values article

Ste. Michelle Wine Estates is honored to receive six wines in Wine Spectator’s 100 Top Values article. Included in the December 31, 2017 issue was Wine Spectator’s annual report highlighting wines that received “88 points or higher, priced at $20 or less and made in large enough quantities to be widely available.”
The article was broken out into six categories – Light Whites, Rich Whites, Elegant Reds, Big Reds, Rosés and Sparkling. The following Ste. Michelle Wine Estates products were featured in the different categories:
Elegant Reds:
- Santa Cristina 2015 Rosso Toscana IGT (89 points)
- Erath 2015 Pinot Noir Oregon (89 points)
Big Reds:
- Chateau Ste. Michelle 2014 Syrah Columbia Valley (89 points)
- Columbia Crest 2015 H3 Cabernet Sauvignon Horse Heaven Hills (89 points)
Rosé:
- 14 Hands 2016 Rosé Columbia Valley (88 points)
Sparkling:
- 14 Hands NV Brut Rosé Columbia Valley (88 points)
Additionally, Spring Valley Vineyard was featured in Wine Spectator’s “annual roundup of the year’s most exciting wines.” Featured at #39, the Spring Valley Vineyard 2014 Frederick Red Wine gained Wine Spectator’s attention as the “highest scoring Frederick to date and the winery’s top wine in 2014, a hot vintage that produced ripe and generous but balanced wines.”
