Chateau Ste. Michelle Announces 2018 Summer Concert Series

Net Proceeds to Benefit Regional Charities

Woodinville, Wash. - Chateau Ste. Michelle winery will play its way into summer with the 34th Summer Concert Series beginning with Jethro Tull on Sunday, June 10 in Woodinville, Wash. Tickets will go on sale online at www.ticketmaster.com on Saturday, March 31st at 10 a.m.


The 2018 Chateau Ste. Michelle Summer Concert Series will host 24 concerts spanning music genres of pop, jazz, rock and blues from June through September. Each concert takes place in the winery’s picturesque outdoor amphitheatre with seating for 4,300 with general festival seating on the lawn, as well as reserve seating. Acclaimed artists include; Ian Anderson, YES, Live from Here with Chris Thile, Chris Isaak, Michael Franti & Spearhead, John Butler Trio, Bela Fleck & The Flecktones, Del McCoury Band, The Jerry Douglas Band, Sheryl Crow, Jackson Browne, Taj Mahal & Keb’Mo’Band,Dirty Dozen Brass Band, John “Greyhound” Maxwell, ZZ Top, Chris Botti, Morgan James, Sarah Nemietz & Snuffy Walden, Tuck and Patti, The Gipsy Kings, Ben Harper & Charlie Musselwhite, Steve Miller Band & Peter Frampton, Rodrigo y Gabriela, The Mavericks and Los Lobos, Lake Street Dive, Australian Pink Floyd, Lyle Lovett & his Large Band.


Net proceeds from the annual concert series help fund Chateau Ste. Michelle’s charitable contributions program, which supports a broad range of non-profit organizations. In 2017, Chateau Ste. Michelle's charitable contributions program benefited more than 400 non-profit organizations.


“Each year, we look forward to hosting our popular summer concert series and making a real impact in our local community,” said Ted Baseler, President and CEO of Ste. Michelle Wine Estates.


The newly remodeled Chateau Ste. Michelle wine shop and visitor center will be open before all concerts with wine and picnic items available for purchase. In addition, an array of food vendors will offer a selection of menu items for sale in the amphitheatre. Concert-goers may bring their own picnic baskets and non-alcoholic beverages. In June Chateau Ste. Michelle will also release its popular Midsummer’s White blend featuring this season’s concert artwork on the label with $1 from each bottle sold benefiting the Chateau Ste. Michelle Scholarship Fund.
