Chateau Ste. Michelle Welcomes the Fall Holiday Season with Special Events and Experiences

Washington’s founding winery, Chateau Ste. Michelle, is gearing up for the fall holiday season with several events and experiences offered at its picturesque Woodinville winery, located just a short drive from Seattle.

Among the experiences on offer is the winery's annual CRUSH Harvest Festival on October 5 to celebrate a successful harvest season. In addition to great wine and food prepared by the Chateau Kitchen culinary team, the winery will offer visitors the chance to get their feet dirty with team grape stomping competitions for a fun prize. The Chateau Kitchen will also be hosting a Fall Harvest Dinner on November 9 to commemorate the end of the 2024 harvest.

The winery will again be offering its popular outdoor igloos in the sunken garden, complete with comfortable seating for up to five people. The 75-minute elevated experience includes a selection of wine, curated snacks, and s’mores to roast over an open fire pit. For the second year, the popular Igloo Village will include a large 14-person igloo in addition to the 5-person igloos, creating the perfect opportunity to host groups of all sizes. New this year, Chateau Ste. Michelle will be ringing in the holiday season with several Sip & Sleigh events, offered Friday-Sunday from November 16 – December 22. Groups of family and friends will be whisked away on a decorated “sleigh” guided by a winery team member, stopping at several holiday-themed stations to enjoy Limited Release wines and perfectly selected food pairings. Guests will be encouraged to bundle up and enjoy the winery’s outdoor grounds adorned with holiday lights and décor from early November to mid-January.

CRUSH Harvest Festival | October 5 | Starting from $30 per person
Join Chateau Ste. Michelle to celebrate another harvest with great food, wine and grape stomping competitions! Wine will be available for purchase by the glass or bottle, and food trucks will be on-site in addition to the Chateau Kitchen’s daily food menu, featuring special ‘harvest’ themed dishes to ring in the season. Murder Mystery Event | October 30 | $150 per person
Celebrate the spooky season at Chateau Ste. Michelle with a Murder Mystery! Set in the Vintage Reserve Room and lobby, enjoy wine and heavy appetizers as you work together to uncover the murderer and solve the mystery in this Great Gatsby-themed event. Ticket price includes wine service and heavy appetizers provided by the Chateau Kitchen culinary team. Guests are encouraged to come dressed in character or their best Great Gatsby-style attire. Fall Harvest Dinner | November 9 | $150 per person
Celebrate the fall harvest and the changing of the seasons with a special chef’s dinner at Chateau Ste. Michelle on Saturday, November 9 from 6:00-9:00 pm. Indulge in the comforts of fall with a cooking demonstration by the Executive Chef before enjoying a family style dinner. Sip & Sleigh | November 16 – December 22 | Starting from $75 per person
Gear up for a holiday adventure at Chateau Ste. Michelle by jumping on a “sleigh” that will whisk you away on one-of-a-kind tour of the winery's holiday wonderland! Guided by a winery team member, specially decorated golf carts will launch from the historic Manor House, stopping at several themed stations throughout the grounds. Enchanted Winter’s Eve: A White Masquerade | December 20 | $100 per person
Celebrate the holiday season with a white masquerade winter party at Chateau Ste. Michelle! Dance the night away from 7pm-10pm and enjoy a selection of Chateau Ste. Michelle wine. Ticket prices include entry, two glasses of wine and delicious desserts prepared by the Chateau Kitchen culinary team. Small bites will also be available for purchase. Chateau Private Igloo Experience | Starting from $275
Redefine your Chateau experience and indulge in your very own private outdoor escape in one of Chateau Ste. Michelle’s waterproof igloos. Igloos come complete with comfortable (and warm!) seating for up to five people in a semi-private spot in the winery’s sunken garden, two bottles of Chateau Ste. Michelle wine of your choice (from a pre-determined list of options), and a charcuterie board. Visit the winery select Friday nights this winter to enjoy live music performed by local Seattle-area musicians.
