Chateau Ste. Michelle Announces 2008 Culinary Events

Woodinville, Wash.

Chateau Ste. Michelle is pleased to present its 2008 culinary events. This year we will showcase our award winning wines in our specially themed chef dinners and evenings of wine and cheese.

Annual Valentine’s Dinner Saturday, February 9 at 7p.m. Join us for Chateau Ste. Michelle’s Annual Valentine’s Dinner. The culinary team will create a special menu designed for the romantic in you and your sweetheart! Space is very limited. $115 per person. Reservations required.

Tour de France Saturday, March 15 at 7 p.m. Join Chef Kurt Olson for a culinary trip through France. Regional specialties inspired by Rhone, Provence and Burgundy will be expertly paired with Chateau Ste. Michelle wines. $115 per person. Reservations required.

Spring Fling Saturday, April 19 at 7 p.m. Executive chef Janet Hedstrom and head winemaker Bob Bertheau welcome spring with this memorable dinner. An exquisite menu reflecting the fresh flavors of the season will be paired with some of Bob’s favorite wines. $115 per person. Reservations required.

An Evening with John Sarich Friday, May 16 at 7 p.m. Culinary director John Sarich will create a special menu featuring some of his favorite recipes with inspired wine pairings. Seating is very limited. $115 per person. Reservations required.

Evenings of Wine & Cheese Tuesday, February 12. Tuesday, March 11. Tuesday, April 15, 4:30 – 7:30 p.m. We invite you to join us in our wine shop as we pour our award-winning wine with gourmet cheeses that enhance the wine tasting experience!
$20 per person. Reservations not required.
