Saturday, January 31 at 7p.m.
Warm up an otherwise chilly winter evening with chef Scott Harberts and his creative Tuscan menu. Paired with wines from Chateau Ste. Michelle and Italian partner Antinori, this dinner will warm your soul and have you dreaming of the Tuscan sun.

Valentine’s with John Sarich

Springtime in Provence
Saturday, May 23 at 7p.m.
Executive Chef Janet Hedstrom has always loved the foods from the southeastern French region of Provence and she will create a menu highlighting this culinary hot spot. Wines from Chateau Ste. Michelle will be paired with the simple yet elegant flavors of this magical region.
