Chateau Ste. Michelle Announces its 2016 Summer Concert Series

Net Proceeds to Benefit Regional Charities

Chateau Ste. Michelle winery in Woodinville will kick off its 32nd summer concert series on Saturday, May 28 and Sunday May 29 with Paul Simon performing two dates. Tickets for the winery’s concerts will go on sale Saturday, March 26th at 10 a.m. online at www.ticketmaster.com and through all Ticketmaster outlets. Tickets may also be purchased in person at the Chateau Ste. Michelle wine shop from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.

Chateau Ste. Michelle Canoe Ridge Estate Vineyard Manager Mimi Nye to Retire after 35 Years

Kari Smasne promoted to Vineyard Manager and Pedro Flores to Assistant Vineyard Manager

After 35 years in viticulture with Ste. Michelle Wine Estates, Mimi Nye will retire April 9th. Her departure will mark the end of an era for Chateau Ste. Michelle’s Canoe Ridge Estate Vineyard where she has been the sole manager since the vineyard’s inception in 1991. Mimi’s achievements and involvement in the advancement of the Washington wine industry was recently honored by the Washington Association of Wine Grape Growers when they named her “Grower of the year” at their annual meeting in February.

Stag’s Leap Wine Cellars to Release Commemorative Bottling of S.L.V. Cabernet Sauvignon and Host Celebratory Events in Honor of the 40th Anniversary of the Judgment of Paris

Michelle is partnering with Washington restaurants to support the eighth annual "Raise a Glass, Fund a Scholarship" program to benefit Viticulture and Enology programs at Washington State University and other Northwest universities. More than 300 restaurants will participate in the "Raise A Glass, Fund a Scholarship" program which runs now through the end of December 2015.
